Biography

Christian Folks is an attorney at Ball Morse Lowe whose practice is rooted in the Energy sector, primarily focused on oil and gas title examination in the Rocky Mountains. Christian graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree for Finance & Banking. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in the Spring of 2023.  
 
While in law school, Christian specialized in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and interned with the Colorado Attorney General Office’s natural resources and environmental practice group. He also served as a contributor and editor for the Race to the Bottom blog, where he published discussions involving corporate governance, cryptocurrency regulation, and securities law. Being a newly admitted attorney, Christian is eager to work hard and to always continue learning.  
 
In his free time, Christian finds happiness in a breath of fresh mountain air, a tug on the end of his fishing line, and a smell of freshly smoked backyard BBQ.
