Ball Morse Lowe Expands Houston Presence with New Office and Partner
(Houston, Texas) – Ball Morse Lowe, PLLC, a leading oil and gas law firm headquartered in Oklahoma City, has expanded its footprint in Texas with the opening of a new Houston office and the addition of Partner Dearl Croft, who will lead the firm’s Houston-based practice.
With a longstanding presence in Texas, this expansion marks a significant milestone in the firm’s continued strategic growth. Founded in Oklahoma in 2011, Ball Morse Lowe has evolved from a boutique title examination practice into a full-service oil and gas firm offering legal counsel across six core practice areas.

Leading the Houston team is Partner and Texas native Dearl Croft, the newest addition to the Ball Morse Lowe partnership. Croft brings nearly 30 years of experience in oil and gas title examination, transactions, and related counsel. A graduate of South Texas College of Law, he has spent his career advising clients in both firm and private practice settings.
