Biography

Allison is a family law attorney that leads the Ball Morse Lowe Frisco office. She has over ten years of experience representing individuals in divorce, child custody matters and pre- and post- marital agreements in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. She is a strong advocate for her clients while prioritizing and focusing on their goals. Allison is very knowledgeable in Texas family law and believes in educating her clients as she guides them through the legal process.

Allison received her Juris Doctor from Creighton University, where she interned at both the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nebraska and the Public Defender’s Office in their Juvenile Division. She focused her studies on Family Law and Legal Negotiations, advancing to compete on a national level in the American Bar Association’s Negotiating for Lawyers competition and winning the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Negotiations. Prior to joining Ball Morse Lowe, Allison worked first at a boutique family law firm in Dallas that focused on helping women through divorce. Following that, Allison joined the team of a prominent immigration law firm in Carrollton where she created and ran the Family Law Department successfully with a focus on divorce, child custody and support matters, and pre- and post- marital agreements.

Allison hails originally from the Midwest, although she has adapted to the Texas weather after moving to Dallas a little over a decade ago. She is passionate about traveling to exotic, far-away destinations with her husband, baking sweet treats with her two young daughters, and is always down for a gripping true-crime documentary.
