One of the conference’s topics regards regulations impacting water management to water issues specific to Texas and New Mexico. Attorney Wurtz will speak on a panel discussion to close out the second day of the conference.

“Being able to speak and attend another Produced Water Society seminar in the Permian Basin is an honor,” said BML attorney Kimberly Wurtz. “This area in our industry poses challenges with water management and use, both operationally and legally, and I look forward to contributing to the group discussion while learning from those around me.”

The conference is set to attract between 300 to 400 attendees, with roundtable discussions and panels spanning across two days. Kimberly Wurtz has also been invited to speak at the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission’s annual business meeting and The Oklahoma Energy Podcast.
