E. Parker Lowe

Parker is a founding Partner and co-manager at Ball Morse Lowe. With two decades of experience in oil, gas, and energy law, as well as estate planning, asset protection, business matters, and real property, he remains a prominent leader in the firm’s Oil, Gas + Energy Practice Group. Known for his strategic insight and thoughtful approach, Parker has guided clients through complex transactions and developed multifaceted legal strategies to achieve their long-term goals.

In addition to his client-facing practice, Parker devotes much of his time to leadership within the firm. As a member of the executive committee, he plays a central role in shaping Ball Morse Lowe’s culture, recruitment, and future growth. He works closely with practice groups and firm leadership to strengthen relationships with clients, support the firm's professional development efforts, and build strategic partnerships.

Parker is deeply committed to cultivating a collaborative, values-driven environment where attorneys and staff can thrive. His leadership ensures that Ball Morse Lowe not only delivers world-class legal services, but also invests in its people and makes a lasting impact in the communities it serves.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Parker's heart is firmly rooted in his love for his wife, Sarah, and their four cherished children. He lives in Norman, Oklahoma, where their lively household includes two dogs and an ever-growing number of horses. Parker finds joy in outdoor activities, live music, and new adventures to the mountains and beach. Although some may view his impressive Uber rider rating of 4.92 as a source of pride, Parker modestly maintains a different perspective.
