Biography
Jordan LePage is a partner at Ball Morse Lowe PLLC whose practice is focused on business + commercial matters, litigation, oil + gas and real estate transactions. He assists businesses in all phases from organization, growth and expansion, partnership disputes, contracts and contract disputes with vendors and customers, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Jordan’s litigation experience includes zealously advocating for his clients before multiple Oklahoma District Courts, the Western District Court, and the Oklahoma Corporation Commission. Jordan is a former Landman with experience in Oklahoma and the Permian Basin in west Texas. Prior to joining Ball Morse Lowe, Jordan represented clients in a wide variety of matters with a small firm in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Jordan and his family reside in Mustang and attend The Bridge Church where they enjoy volunteering in Childrens Church and with Church events. In their spare time, Jordan and his family enjoy spending time at Grand Lake.
Jordan graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in Energy Management and minor in Philosophy. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor with distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. While attending law school, Jordan served as the Research Editor and was published in the American Indian Law Review; was an associate editor of the Energy and Natural Resources Newsletter, the precursor to the ONE J; a chair in the Energy Resources Law Student Organization; and a member of the Phi Delta Phi honors fraternity. Jordan also served as the research and teaching assistant for the Mineral Title Examination course.
