Nick Callaway

Nick Callaway is an attorney at Ball Morse Lowe, where he combines technical precision with a deep appreciation for the oil and gas industry. Born and raised in Oklahoma, he is proud to serve clients in a field that plays such a vital role in the state’s history and economy. 

Nick’s legal practice is centered on oil and gas, with a particular focus on title examination. He is drawn to the investigative nature of title work and thrives on the intellectual challenge it presents. 

Nick earned his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2020, after working as an independent landman for several years.  He is committed to upholding the highest standards of legal practice for clients in Oklahoma’s energy sector. 

Outside the office, he is a musician, outdoorsman, and aspiring BBQ pit-master. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Catherine, and their two boys.
