Biography

Patrick Lane is a seasoned attorney with a unique practice specializing in both litigation and transactional law. His extensive experience across diverse industries provides clients with comprehensive legal strategies that address both immediate needs and long-term goals. Patrick prides himself on building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, offering practical, solutions-oriented advice that is tailored to each unique situation.  

In the courtroom, Patrick is known for his experienced, thoughtful approach and professionalism. He has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases, including numerous types of commercial litigation, contract disputes, contested probates, trust litigation, and nursing home negligence cases, consistently achieving favorable outcomes through both negotiation and litigation. 

On the transactional side, Patrick assists clients in navigating complex legal landscapes from startups to the sale of a business and nearly everything in between. He is a specialist in matters such as entity formation, contract drafting and review, business purchases and sales, and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring that clients' interests are protected, and their business objectives are met. 

Patrick received his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2011. While attending law school, he was a merit scholar and member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Legal Fraternity. During his law school career, Patrick was a judicial clerk for Dana Kuehn, who was recently appointed to the Oklahoma Supreme Court. 

In addition to his Juris Doctor, Patrick also received his Master’s in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University Meinders School of Business in 2011, where he was nominated by the faculty to attend the 2010 World Business Forum in New York City. For his undergraduate studies, Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts in religious studies from the University of Oklahoma with a minor in history.
