Trevor Payne

A Colorado native, Trevor Payne brings over a decade of title experience in the Rocky Mountain West to his legal practice. With a strong appreciation for the region’s history and the families who first settled there, Trevor is especially interested in how mineral ownership began for many of the familiar names that continue to appear throughout the industry.

Trevor is passionate about helping clients navigate complex title issues, working diligently to achieve favorable outcomes for all parties involved. His deep understanding of both the legal and historical aspects of land and mineral ownership allows him to offer thoughtful, effective guidance across a wide range of matters.

Outside of work, Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife, their son, and their two dogs, making the most of life in the state he’s proud to call home.
