As a founding Partner at Ball Morse Lowe, Zach has established himself as a go-to professional in oil, gas, and energy law, business, and real estate. With a keen understanding of the importance of time and resources, Zach is dedicated to delivering thoughtful, efficient, and cost-effective solutions to his clients' complex challenges.
Zach has a proven track record of success representing companies operating in Oklahoma, North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, and beyond. He is well-versed in the intricacies of the oil and gas industry and is committed to helping his clients navigate its complexities, ensuring they can move their business forward with confidence.
In addition to his energy expertise, Zach is a skilled attorney in business and real estate matters, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, and divestitures. His clients appreciate his ability to navigate complex transactions and ensure their interests are protected.
Outside the office, Zach is a (recovering) two-time Ironman triathlon finisher, a hack golfer, and an avid fly fisherman. He serves on the board of Trinity Legal Clinic of Oklahoma, is the Past President of the Oklahoma City Real Property Lawyers Association, and is the past Chairperson of the Real Property Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
A native Oklahoman, Zach grew up in Edmond and now lives in Oklahoma City with his wife, Christa (along with two delusional dogs and a conniving cat).
