Dear Clients and Friends,

The heart of Ball Morse Lowe is you. You our clients, our friends, our BML team. The mission of BML has always been to care for you by working tirelessly to provide thoughtful solutions to your legal challenges and needs. You all have a story, and we are grateful to be a part of that story. 

Right now, we all find ourselves in a chapter of our stories that is challenging many of the basic day to day realities to which we’ve grown accustomed. While the challenge is real, we are up for it and are here to help you navigate it to the best of our abilities. We hope you will all take courage, breathe deeply, and know we will all get to look back on what will surely be one of the more interesting chapters of our lives.  

Our offices remain open at this time; however, our team is fully able to function remotely in this age of technology. Thus, while we will meet in person when necessary, we are encouraging remote communications in most instances. 

All of our team members have video conferencing at their fingertips and, of course, we are always available via phone and email. We remain fully engaged in working on your legal matters to provide the best outcomes possible, which means an uninterrupted continuation of our professional services. As always, please call or email us if you need anything. 

For those of you that have current legal matters being addressed in court, please know that as of March 16, 2020, court deadlines as well as most hearings in Oklahoma County, Cleveland County, and Logan County, as well as other courts across Oklahoma, have been continued beyond the next 30-45 days. If you have a hearing that was scheduled during this period of time, it will be continued to a later date at the direction of the court. We have not received new dates on all cases, however, upon receiving rescheduled hearing dates, we will provide that information to you.
